In the guidebook you will be asked to define priorities, establish needs, and explore adjacencies, all of which combine to form a foundation of guidelines from which to proceed. From there you will have a place to include sketches, pictures or discuss any architectural ideas you may have so we may then begin a design proposal for you. Finally the guidebook will provide an area to organize and assist you in the design and selections for your new home. With the help of this guidebook and the one on one relationship you will have with your builder, we will ensure you truly build the “right home” for you.
